Issa Review: Dripping In Tahiti Lava Au Eau de Shimmer

Hey Girl!

it's been a hot minute! Well, let me briefly catch you up because a lot has happened in a short amount of time. I just turned 34 years old on April 25, and on that day released my first ebook all about healthy clear skin that you can download here and last I'm back in the workforce. So my life is no longer my own but it's all good because I have goals and I have to do what I have to do. But I'm still working on my business and still bringing you content that I feel you will love.

Today I am bringing you a review. I haven't done an actual review in a very long time. In fact, I haven't done an actual review since April 26 of 2018. But I've done plenty of blog posts since that time.

Summer is near and I'm sure you are ready to hit that beach in your swimsuit! Well, I have some tips that are going to keep the skin on your body hydrated glowy & I'm going to show you how to fully keep the skin protected because while we want our skin to look and feel amazing we also want to protect it. So first let me give you a few details about this product.

Captured in this photo is Tahiti Lava

Essentially True just released early spring their new Au Eau De Shimmer in translation it means Gold Water of Shimmer. This product is a seasonal product so once it's gone you may not ever see it again. So get it while it's hot and still on the shelves. Some other key things you should know is that

  • This shimmer is water-based
  • It has a buildable shine (In between each layer you want to allow the dry first)
  • Apply to moisturized skin
  • Not sticky
  • Not Greasy
  • No Transfer
  • Lightweight
  • Retail Price: $28
  • 8 oz
  • Hand-made with amazing natural ingredients & pure love.
  • Available in 3 Shades: 24 Carat Shine (Intense Gold), Champagne Mami (Subtle Sheen), Tahiti Lava (bronzy hue of sun-kissed melanin)
  • IT SMELLS AAAAHHHHHHMAZING!!!!

This is a water-based product so it instantly quenches the skin and it also has a natural cooling effect because it is aloe based which is perfect for those hot humid summer days. The benefits of aloe vera juice are that it helps to reduce the frequency & appearance of acne, it reduces skin conditions such as psoriasis and dermatitis. It's rich in antioxidants and vitamins that naturally protect the skin. It is said that the important compounds in aloe vera help to neutralize the effects of UV radiation that not only ages the skin but also burn the skin. It reduces inflammation and scarring and It helps to repair existing UV damage and it can help minimize fine lines and wrinkles.

When using this product it is suggested that you apply to moisturized skin because there is a difference between your skin being hydrated vs moisturized. And if you have drier skin like myself you definitely want to moisturize your skin first. There is definitely a confusion between Hydration vs Moisturization. And as an educator of skin, it is very important for me to educate you on this knowledge so you can fully understand HOW to use this product in the most effective way. Remember that our skin is the largest organ on our body and in the summer we have to work more to keep the skin hydrated by making sure we are drinking the suggested amount of water. But remember water also evaporates. It can evaporate from sweating and it can evaporate from just pure neglect. Hydration is what makes our skin plump which builds the collagen of the skin internally improving elasticity and it keeps our skin fresh, and soft.  Your skin can be moisturized and still not hydrated. Moisturizer is topical. Hydration is from the inside and also can be applied on the outside to penetrate into the skin. You want to make sure that not only are you fully hydrated but that you are also moisturized because moisture will keep the hydration in. Think of it like this... Dehydrated skin that is moisturized but not fully hydrated will leave your skin feeling dull, tight and lifeless. While dry skin that may be hydrated but not moisturized will still flake and have a rough texture. Make sense?

So it doesn't matter what your skin type is..understanding that our body needs both hydration & moisture is what is important. Now I will share that normally when we're talking about the order of how you should apply your products it would be to apply your hydrating products first then to seal with a moisturizer to lock the moisture in. Check out my post on The Correct Order To Apply Skincare Products Which is true in most cases or many cases. BUT! There is a but here...Knowing the purpose of the product is what's important and knowing how you may be using the product can also alter this rule. So I use this product in different ways. The original direction is to apply it to moisturized skin because it is a body shimmer. Most times you're not using a "body sh
immer" as a "skincare" product. You're using it because you want the benefit of the glowy shimmer correct? So you can definitely apply it as instructed. The more layers you add the more shimmery and pigmented it will be. Remember it's buildable. You have to let it dry in between each layer.

\

Now I personally prefer more of a glow rather than a shimmer and that's just personal preference. So I apply this mainly in the order as I would apply my skincare because I like more of a glow from within and I like the benefits of hydrating my skin and sealing it with moisturizer whether doing it the other way around because I have dryer skin. I still can build the layers and then apply my moisturizer. Remember earlier in this post that I mentioned the benefits of aloe vera juice and how it's a natural protectant of the skin? While that is VERY true guess what? You still should add sunscreen and the reason why is because it goes along with what I said about Hydration vs. Moisture. Hydration alone is not enough. You need to moisturize so having a sunscreen that has moisturizing benefits will help elevate this product. So there are three ways you can use this...

1st Way: Moisturize Skin, Apply Eau de Shimmer, Apply Sun Protection
2nd Way: Apply Eau de Shimmer, Apply Sun Protection
3rd Way: Apply Eau de Shimmer. Apply Moisturizer, Apply Sun Protection

BONUS: Exfoliate Skin with the Sweet Lips Scrub from the "Pretty Kitty Collection"  (which is very moisturizing and will slough off the dead skin. It can be purchased separately from the kit which is amazing!), Apply Au Eau de Shimmer, then Apply Sun  Protection

I personally prefer the second way. I apply to my desired layer and then I seal with a moisturizing sun protector. My current favorite is actually a product that was highly suggested by Jennifer Lopez makeup artist Scott Barnes who revolutionized what we know as the "JLO GLOW".

What I like about the body mist vs me physically applying a sunscreen with my hands is that once you apply your desired layer of Essentially True's Eau De Shimmer you can mist your body without physically touching your body to moisturize and protect. This just adds another boost of untouched glow to the skin and ultimate protection because you will be outside. You can consistently apply without feeling like you have tons of product on your skin. It's also quite refreshing & it provides UVA & UVB protection. So these are my tips on how you can elevate your glow.

Stop by her page and check out this amazing product. Remember it is a seasonal product so once it's gone it is gone! Au Eau de Shimmer

Did you enjoy this???

If you enjoyed this I have something else that you will enjoy!!! ISSA GIVEAWAAAAAAAAAAY!!! I was sent an extra Au Eau de Shimmer from Essentially True to giveaway to you all! I'm excited for you to try it. It's the shade Champagne Mami. It's going to give you a glow from within sheen.

The Best Immune Boosting Herbal Tea

If you've experienced a Cold, Flu Bronchitis or Pneumonia at least once a year then I have the best Immune Boosting Herbal Tea for you.

**Disclaimer I am not a certified herbalist. The things that I share on this blog are from personal experiences. I've done my own research but you should always consult with your doctor(s). And I do have a few affiliates on here. I get a small percentage for recommended products that I love. This is not sponsored and all thoughts are mines and all ingredients were purchased with my own money. Thank you for your support.

Ok now that I've gotten the disclaimer out of the way some of you all may or may not know this. I never officially shared this on the blog but if you follow me on Instagram & Facebook then 9/10 you probably have seen my herbal garden. Most of my herbs are gone because of the winter season but my rosemary is still alive so I've been using that a lot in my teas. Everything else was purchased. I'm working on a system that will allow me to grow herbs all year round. But until then I'll have to wait before I can start planting my other herbs.

Around this season is when a lot of people get sick. In, Houston we've had such unhealthy air quality it's a lot of people with not just the Flu but Pneumonia & Bronchitis. Some people get this every year quite often. One of the best tips besides this Herbal tea that I can share with you is rest. If you don't allow your body to rest it will be hard to fight these things especially when your immune system is suppressed.

What inspired me to write this post is that I'm always making herbal teas and when a lot of people were getting sick at my church I would send them a care package with these ingredients: so they coined me as their herbalist. Many of these traditions Historians have said can be traced back to Hippocrates. And many of these herbs have healing power. God put them here for us to use.

Elderberry: Elderberry is perfect for boosting the immune system because it is high in antioxidant. The parts that are used is the flower or the berries. Which is needed to fight colds, Bronchitis, Pneumonia, and the Flu. They're also rich in flavonoids which is the plant's pigment color. You will notice a deep plum-ish purple or eggplant-ish color with this ingredient. But also contain antiviral, anti-inflammatory agents which fight viruses and other infections. They reduce the risk of Cancer, Heart Disease, Asthma, Stroke and it protects the brain. LISTEN we are fighting for the mind in 2019! Okkkkkkurt. I will have to do a separate post on this because it's so much about this plant that Y'all need to know.

Chamomille: Chamomille is loaded with antioxidants and it not only lowers the risk of heart disease, cancer, and other diseases but it's a natural sedative that is anti-inflammatory and antiseptic, it helps to relieve stress insomnia, migraine headaches, muscle tension, it also fights free radicals that age the skin. Y'all know I have to toss some beauty in there. But I'm sure you ask what does this ingredient have to do with Colds, Flu, Pneumonia and Bronchitis. I said it earlier and I will say it again. One of the best ways to heal faster is through sleep. Chamomile relaxes the nerves and soothes the nervous system, therefore, it's helping you to relax and sleep better. Good rest is important and we should skimp out on it. Chamomille has so many benefits it needs its own post.

Lavender: Just like chamomile it's a natural sedative and is also anti-inflammatory which helps you sleep better but here is the difference. It is high in antioxidants to boost the immune health which you need to fight colds, flu, Pneumonia & Bronchitis. It detoxifies the body through the antioxidants that eliminate toxins that can cause harmful side effects. It eliminates free radicals that are caused by pollution, excessive drinking & smoking.Free radicals have been linked to the cause of cancer. This ingredient boost the digestive system and the respiratory system.

"Lavender tea can help people who suffer from breathing problems by opening up airways. The anti-inflammatory properties of lavender soothe inflamed muscles in the throat and chest, making it easier to breathe. The antibacterial properties of lavender tea also help to eliminate bacteria that can cause chest colds and congestion."

Ginger: Ginger helps you sweat out the toxins in the body which is very helpful if you have a cold or flu. It also soothes a sore throat, and it is a natural cough suppressant. It is rich in Vitamin C, iron, calcium, phosphorus and riboflavin. Vitamin C strengthens the bodies natural defense which therefore boost the immune system fighting free radicals that can cause chronic diseases and other sicknesses.

Sage: Sage is an excellent source of the mineral manganese, which is an essential co-factor in some enzymes essential in antioxidant defenses. Sage contains magnesium, which is a mineral that is directly linked to improving the quality, duration, and sleep tranquility. Sage also helps to regulate the metabolism, to help reduce sleep disorders and insomnia. Remember sleep is very important to allow the body to heal. It also assists in red blood cell formation which requires copper and iron for the new blood cell formation. And it is anti-inflammatory.

Rosemary: Rosemary is a member of the mint family. It's a great source of iron, calcium and vitamin B-6.  It's a perennial plant so it can live more than 2 years which explains why my rosemary is still thriving. Rosemary is a rich source of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds which helps to boost the immune system and improve blood circulation. I can go on and on but I must move on.

Lemon: Lemon is a great detoxifier. It is rich in Vitamin C that helps to boost the immune system. It also helps to maintain the PH balance of the body.

Honey: Honey is a good source of antioxidant. It is antibacterial and antifungal. It soothes a sore throat. The phytonutrients in honey are responsible for its antioxidant properties, as well as its antibacterial and antifungal power. They’re also thought to be the reason raw honey has shown immune-boosting and anticancer benefits. Heavy processing destroys these valuable nutrients. The phytonutrients in honey are responsible for the antioxidants properties which are the reason why honey has shown immune-boosting and anticancer benefits.

And if you really want to kick it up a notch add some cayenne pepper which is going to help break up the mucus build up.

This tea is delicious and it's best to drink it at night because of the ingredients in the tea it will relax you so much you will become sedated. Which is a good thing. It's optional to leave the rosemary & sage leaves in the tea. If you prefer to strain out the leaves use get you a Stainless Steel Fine Tea Mesh Strainer Colander. They come in different sizes.

faithhaller.com | 2018 YEAR IN REVIEW

Well, we're here again! Happy New Year family. I've been reflecting on the past year and I thought it would be great to do my first year in review. This is my opportunity to not only share my wins but it's also a chance for me to keep it 100. I always do but I've never fully opened up to you all because I keep a level of my life private. Which I still will but I don't mind doing something different. I think a year in review at least for me allows me to reflect on the things that I need to do better and it makes me a lot more grateful because sometimes I can take things for granted and it just puts life in perspective when I reflect back on all the things that God has blessed me with.

I had some great moments with my business in 2018 working with brands, branching out on my blog with home decor, food and gardening which also opened more doors but I won't deny it was still a hard year for me and I had many losses or I call them a loss but it may be a blessing in disguise. We shall see. I live in Houston so 2018 I already knew it would be interesting because of Hurricane Harvey which occurred in 2017. So 2018 was the year of recovery but it's the year that I set the most goals and accomplished many of them.

MY PROUDEST MOMENTS OF 2018
Earlier in this post, I mentioned that this year was the first year I've actually written down my goals and followed through on them. I've done vision boards but it's not the same. I'm not goal writer or, New Year resolution type of person. I just have always been the type of person that went with the flow. But writing the vision and making it plain is not a bad thing. When you can see it you start to believe it. And that's exactly what happened to me in 2018. I worked with many brands. Neutrogena, Loreal, Sara Happ, The Makeup Show and so many more.

My two favorite highlights of the year were the opportunity to collaborate with TJMaxx for the MAXX 50 Challenge where I took over TJMAXX Instagram stories for the day which was the best opportunity. I was a bit shocked when I received an email from them.

I also collaborated with Gordmans which was another brand that I was excited about because I said before 2018 started that I wanted to incorporate more lifestyle posts on my blog. So this collaboration was that thing that would allow me to accomplish that goal. I also was featured on their website where
I created my dream space for under $100

THE GREATEST MOMENT OF ALL TIME
April was the month of blessings. Outside of the fact that I was born on this month my father received his blessing. The gift of a Kidney donation! Which was the best gift of all because watching my father go to dialysis constantly was really hard. I talked about it on the post of Why I Decided To Become An Organ Doner. The story behind how he received his blessing is a must read.

2018 TOP 10 BLOG POST
I took a look at my analytics on the backend of my site and I must say some of these I am a bit shocked by the amount of traffic I got. It definitely puts things into perspective or does it? Either you guys know what you like or I marketed a post more than the other? Who knows lol.

7. The Best Sunscreen For Your Face | This tied in with #6 but I knew this would make the cut because on Pinterest it's also considered one of my top post and it made cut as #2018BestNine so it looks like you guys actually love my skincare posts.
8. Tarte Is Expanding Shade Ranges For It's Top Selling Products | I'm so glad that you all understand the need for diversity & inclusion. This was one of the best things Tarte could have done and I hope that they continue to expand their shade ranges and other brands follow suit. That's all I'm going to say and you can check out the post and the scandal that happened with Tarte.
9. What's New In Beauty At Target | Target also did some expanding and collaborated with not only women entrepreneurs but women of color. This was an epic move in beauty at Target.

TOP 10 INSTAGRAM POSTS
I don't all the way trust Instagrams algorithm because let's be real...IT SUCKS! But for the "analytics" I'm going to share the top 10 of Instagram based on the likes, comments, and impressions.

1. https://www.instagram.com/p/BfExuTrHPlt/ | I don't rock my natural hair often. You may see it 1-3 times a year. 3 is really pushing it.
2. https://www.instagram.com/p/BfGc-RtnVWL/ | Some products I used to maintain my natural hair.
3. https://www.instagram.com/p/BfPVeovnqMX/ | My no makeup look for Valentine's Day.
4. https://www.instagram.com/p/BfSQ79yn6C5/ | I hated that Instagram removed the feature that allowed you to build a collage of photos in the stories. But you all love my foodie tutorials.
5. https://www.instagram.com/p/BhPTgCHHaSe/ | A look into the Bright Lights Palette by Pinky Rose Cosmetics
6. https://www.instagram.com/p/BiAAcZTD1NZ/ | Happy Birthday To Me!
7. https://www.instagram.com/p/BiM2xkZjxpT/ | The Best Sunscreens For Your Face.
8. https://www.instagram.com/p/BhQg0R0nr8V/ | My collaboration with Loreal
9. https://www.instagram.com/p/BfL4021HyKU/ | Morning Breakfast Recipe

I thank God for the good and what some may describe as not so good. If it wasn't for these moments that I had in 2018 I would have totally thrown the whole year away. But I'm so grateful for the good and even the bad. I've had some major losses towards the end of this year but God told me that He wanted to give me something better but He had to remove some things from my life. As much as it hurts and trust I cried over and over again because I felt like I never had a chance to just breathe. But sometimes we're holding on to things that we think is good for us when a treasure is waiting on the other side. So I'm trusting God's process. I also want to say that I had many more moments that were dear to me but if I shared EVERY moment on here I would never finish this post. 2019 is about working smarter not harder. Happy New Year

Self Care: Yoni Steaming

Over the course of this month, I've been doing a series on yoni care. I know that this has been a popular topic but still, many women don't know what it is and why it is so important to have this discussion.

What Is YONI And Why Is It So Important?

The Yoni represents the womb, the whole reproductive system the sacred space, the vagina, and vulva the uterus, cervix, ovaries and more. There is a lot of history and background to this term and its origin.

In India in the Hindu culture, "the Yoni which is an old Sanskrit word is referred to as your "Goddess: and is worshipped as the sacred symbol of the divine feminine the Devi, the goddess Shakti, the source of life, the Universal Womb and the consort of Shiva. In Shaivism, the Hindu worshipped the god Shiva, the yoni is often associated Our yoni is a sacred temple. with the ligam, which is Shiva's symbol. In sculptures and paintings, the lingam is depicted as resting in the yoni as a cylinder in a spouted dish. The two symbols together represent the eternal process of creation and regeneration, the union of the male and female principles, and the totality of all existence.

Now there are things that I can take from this. Being a Christian I believe in only one God and believe that God is THE SOURCE of life because He is THE CREATOR and He has made men and women for the purpose of reproducing offsprings. And as women, we grow a whole new body in our wombs. We have this whole ecosystem in our wombs that's capable of feeding the baby the nutrients that it needs to grow. And that is so amazing and a blessing!!! God made us as women so special and capable of carrying.

And figuratively I do believe that our yoni is sacred and because our bodies are the Temple of the Lord I believe that we as women should be careful of what we allow around us and into us because we weren't designed to have multiple visitors or parties entering our sacred areas. That's why I believe God tells us to wait because having multiple parties can not only mentally effect us but it can affect us spiritually and physically. This is very deep! So I'll stop with the preaching lol.

And aside from that, the health of our yoni can also be altered by stress and diet. So after saying all of this...

What inspired me to get into this topic?

For years I've suffered from reoccurring bacterial vaginosis and uti and I could not figure out what was wrong with me. Growing up you think you have a disease and it's really scary and it was embarrassing to talk to my parents because it wasn't normal. I tried to treat it with antibiotics, which only made it worst not knowing that I should have been taking probiotics while taking antibiotics but the doctors neeeeeever told me that. (Of course they didn't) Did they not know? The scent that I would get from bv and uti was so embarrassing I didn't even want to go out.

So over a year ago I started switching to mostly organic products from my tampons/pads and even douching method. Now I've never been into the traditional douching method. Logically it didn't make sense so I didn't do it but I did run into this natural douching device from Waterworks and it has made a difference in my life. You can read more about it HERE.

But I've been doing a lot of research and earlier this year I've been researching on the topic of yoni steaming and the benefits of it for us women. Yoni Steaming has many benefits such as:

  • Regulates irregular or absent menstrual cycles.
  • Increases fertility
  • Speeds healing and tones the reproductive system after birth
  • Treats uterine fibroids, ovarian cysts, uterine weakness, uterine prolapse & endometriosis
  • Assists with the repair of a vaginal tear, episiotomy, or c-section scarring
  • Assists with the healing of hemorrhoids.
  • Treats chronic vaginal/yeast infections, and works to maintain healthy odor. (I'm a living witness to this)
  • Relieves symptoms of menopause including dryness or pain during intercourse.
  • Detoxifies the womb and removes toxins from the body
  • Releases stored emotions tapping into the energy that is our creative potential
  • Minimizes the pain from cramps
In my case, I was suffering from chronic vaginal/yeast infections and uti which weakened my urinal canal. I needed a herbal detox. UTI's I would get maybe once or twice a year.

There are spa's that offers yoni steaming services but I do my yoni steam from the privacy of my home which is a lot more cost effective.

I've currently been using Essentially True Yoni Steam and I've noticed an incredible difference since I've used it.

A question I was asked in regards to my yoni steaming process.

"Did you have to wear a light pad afterward to catch what the body is detoxing from?"

No I didn't have to wear a pad but everyone's body is different and purges differently. Normally I wait a few days after my cycle before I do the yoni steam detox. So basically directly after my cycle I would flush it out with my natural douche system which I talked about on this post . And then 1-2 days later I will do the yoni steam detox. Sometimes I would do it in conjunction which depends on how I'm feeling at the moment. It doesn't hurt to wear pads or if you're into tampons you can do that. I'd suggest organic tampons/pads. Which I also linked you too in the post. Also allow your body time to adjust because when you're making changes it takes time for your body to adjust to holistic alternatives. So if you don't notice anything immediately allow time. Just be consistent!

If you're interested in trying it out check out Essentially True use my code "FAITH1" and you will get 15% off. Also, check out her other products... (Stay tuned for my overall review)

She has other products too. If you don't want to commit to the full size she has other options that would allow you to try it out. Also, she will be discontinuing the 4oz size of yoni oil but I will say a little goes a long way. But get them while they're still in stock because they are 50% off. Once they run out there will only be 2oz available.

The Oops Veggie Pita Bread Pizza

The Oops Vege Pita Bread Pizzas will be the talk of the century if you are having some form of a party.  Well maybe not the talk of the century but it is a conversational dish. It serves as a great appetizer or even a meal.  This is about 250-300 calories per pizza so you won't feel that guilt after eating it. It's healthy, fulfilling and delicious!

I know it's been a little bit since I've brought you a post. It's been a lot going on but I'm back with a post that was requested. The polls came in when I shared this image on instastories and Facebook and you all wanted the recipe so as promised I'm doing it for you. I wanted to have this out for you sooner but ATT wanted to be a butt hole. I was without internet for almost a week and then I ended up going on vacation because I was mentally drained with them and other things. But anywho your girl is here!

If you follow me on Instagram then you will know that I love to cook. I do a lot of recipes on instastories and you all love it. As an artist, I like to create base on feeling and many times I create base off of what my heart and taste buds are telling me. I eat relatively healthy and create quick meals that are healthy and delicious. I want my family to know that eating healthy does not have to be bland nor does it have to be expensive.

So what inspired this name? I honestly didn't know what to call it because although it's mostly veggies it's not fully a vegan pizza because it has feta and parmesan cheese in it. I meant for it to be a vegetarian pizza but out of habit when I think of pizza I think of cheese so I added it for that reason and it has other ingredients that aren't vegan-friendly. I could have just called it a vegetarian pizza but that was so boring lol. It truly is an oops pizza!

Earlier this year I started my own herbal garden which by the way is doing wonderful and one of my favorite herbs is Basil and I think when you try this pizza you will know why I added it in there. The fusion of flavors is just perfect! And also I love pita bread. I could eat it every day. Now as I mentioned I cook base off of feeling. Although this is a recipe I don't have exact measurements because that's not how I cook so SORRY! I encourage you all to experiment. This is how you learn. Try different flavors and blend them and see how they come out. I always felt cooking is sort of trial and error. So I wanted to pre-warn you because there will not be any measurements on here.

The Oops veggie pita Bread pizza

  • 1 Pita Bread Round
  • Toufyan (6 inch) Classic White pita bread
  • Fresh Selection Grape Tomatoes
  • Spinach, chopped
  • Basil,  chopped
  • Slice Avocado, your preference on amount
  • Fresh Parsley
  • Onions, chopped
  • Garlic, minced
  • Crumbled Feta Cheese
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Sea Salt
  • Lemon Pepper
  • Avocado Oil
  • I Can't Believe It's Not Butter

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 360 degrees F.
  2. Spread I Can't Believe It's Not Butter on pita bread and place on baking sheet.  Top pita bread with lemon pepper a dash of sea salt, arugula, spinach, basil, onions, minced garlic, grape tomatoes, and parmesan cheese: drizzle a little avocado oil and season with lemon pepper.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven to your liking. I would say 6-12 minutes. If you like your pita bread crisp 10-12 minutes will do the trick.
  4. Top Pizza with Sliced Avocadoes, fresh parsley and crumbled feta cheese.
  5.  This is optional. Cut pitas into quarters and serve warm or you can eat it whole as a personal pan pitta bread pizza.

RECIPE NOTES (OPTIONAL)

If you would like to have a sauce you can make a basil pesto or opt for a Sun-dried tomato pesto. You can buy pre-made in the grocery store or make yours home-made. You will find the pesto by the marinara sauce.
